Chatham Estates Mobile Home Park is located off of SE Maynard Road behind the NC DMV. This is a family-focused community that has been providing affordable housing in Cary for over 50 years.

Each adult per address must fill out this application completely. Once complete, please bring the signed application along with a valid photo ID and $25.00 application fee to 701 E. Chatham Street, Suite 201 in Cary. This is located just above Spirits Pub. Complete background, credit, landlord, and employment checks will be done per person. Married couples may submit one application. The entire form must be filled out. The application process 5-7 business days.
Westbrook & Associates is pleased to offer automatic payments for rent at no charge for all of our residents. Payments can be made directly from your account, or charged automatically to a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
Per Chatham Estate leases, all exterior color changes for the mobile homes, shed, and/or porches must be approved in advance.
This should be filled out by any residents or non-profit groups wishing to reserve the picnic area. Forms must be submitted, There is no fee to use this shelter.
This should be filled out by any residents moving out, and wishing to sell their home. This must be submitted prior to listing your mobile home for sale. Subleasing is not permitted.
